Our Leadership
Lynn de Seve - President
Lynn de Séve is the Founder and President of GSA Schedules, Inc., a firm specializing in GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract submissions, maintenance, and management, with expertise in IT, industrial products, security, emergency preparedness, and building controls. With more than 40 years of experience, Lynn and her team guide clients through GSA contract negotiation, implementation, marketing, and administration for both federal and state contracts.
Lynn is active in several professional organizations, including NCMA, ASIS, and the Security Industry Association (SIA). She served on SIA’s Board of Directors and Executive Board and currently chairs the Government Procurement Policy Working Group. As a founding member of the Women in Security Forum (WISF), she serves on its Steering Committee and as the DC Metro AmbassadHER.
Her leadership has earned multiple honors, including the SIA Statesman Award (2006), Chairman’s Awards (2015 & 2019), the George R. Lippert Memorial Award (2021), and induction into the Security Sales & Integration Security Hall of Fame (2022). She was also recognized in the SIA Women in Security Power 100 (2022 & 2023).
Lynn is a frequent speaker and contributor at major industry events and publications, and has long collaborated with GSA, manufacturers, and government agencies to strengthen public-private partnerships in the federal marketplace.
Carrie A Reid - Vice President
Carrie Reid is the Vice President at GSA Schedules, Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in preparing, submitting, and managing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contracts. GSA Schedules, Inc. specializes in securing and negotiating government contracts for businesses of all sizes.
Carrie plays a key role in preparing new GSA Schedule offers and maintaining awarded contracts. She oversees all aspects of contract administration and ensures compliance with federal requirements, including Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) reporting. She is also skilled in managing submissions to the Vendor Support Center, GSA Advantage!, and other GSA e-tools critical to contract success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland University College, along with specialized coursework from Villanova University and GSA/DOD University.
A Maryland native, Carrie has lived throughout the state—from Salisbury to Baltimore and Saint Leonard—and now resides in her family’s hometown of St. Michaels. Her lifelong love for the Chesapeake Bay began during childhood summers spent sailing and crabbing. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the water, music, gardening, reading, painting, and caring for her horse, which she raised from a foal.
Gabriella Moraniec - Senior Contracts Manager
As a Senior Contracts Manager with GSA Schedules, Inc., Gabriella helps provides expertise and support services for GSA contract acquisition, maintenance, and management with a primary focus on security related fields. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has post-university specialized coursework in government contracting. Previously working as a linguistics analyst and engineering technician with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Gabriella amassed federal experience in research and government contracting administration. Transitioning into roles as resource specialist in education, she facilitated instructional support, built professional training programs, and conducted both web-based and in-person professional development. With such a versatile background, Gabriella is adept at adapting to various situations and challenges. Over time, she has learned to leverage technology as a powerful tool in streamlining processes, enhancing communication, or optimizing workflows. Gabriella has been a speaker and contributor at industry events, holds government research publications, and is a recent recipient of the Security Industry Association (SIA) RISE Scholarship, awarded to young professionals in the security industry to advance their education and career development.
